- A computerised system devised to monitor dates of occupation for our Housekeeping division to "Air & Prepare" prior to arrival, provide necessary cleaning and laundry service during and after guest departure.  All this is tailor made to make sure Owners and their guests have a relaxed and enjoyable break.

REGULAR INSPECTIONS:
- Regular security inspections are conducted to ensure no problems with damp or electrics and provide any general repairs that may be required.

MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
- We have the staff to provide full maintenance and housekeeping service for your property, as detailed in our After Sales Services section.  Attention to detail is of utmost importance.

SIMPLE ACCOUNTING:
-  A complete and structured method of accounting to guarantee that all invoices for water, electrics, household insurance, local taxes and general maintenance services are monitored for automatic renewed payment each year.
